Our unit sits on the top floor, which means no noise from any guests above you. It is also located on the South side of the complex, which means that you walk up a few stairs to the unit rather than having to take an elevator. The condo has a vaulted cathedral-like ceiling, which provides for great natural light and a spacious airy feel. There is a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, a queen bed in the loft, and a king bed in the upstairs master bedroom. There are two full bathrooms -- one downstairs and one upstairs. The condo's private lanai has wonderful views of both the ocean and the mountains.

Our goal is to exceed our guests' expectations for a condo at our price point. To that end, we continually update and improve the interior and put a great deal of thought and care into the amenities we purchase. In 2007, we installed high-end carpet, recovered all interior furniture in warm earth tones, and purchased new commercial-grade patio furniture, Egyptian cotton linens, bath towels and large beach towels. In 2008, we purchased all new audio/video equipment -- a 40" Samsung flat-panel LCD television (with HDTV programming), a Panasonic home theater system, and a new teak entertainment credenza. We believe that ours is among the best maintained and nicely furnished units in the Hale Kamaole complex.  In 2009, we re-painted the condo's interior and added new decor for the living room including new artwork and a handcrafted koa wood outrigger paddle.  We believe that ours is among the best maintained and nicely furnished units in the Hale Kamaole complex.

The Hale Kamaole complex offers two newly renovated pools, a large landscaped lawn, eight barbecue grills and a tennis court. It is located at the southern end of Kihei, just two miles from the Shops at Wailea, 15 minutes from four local golf courses, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. All units in the complex -- including ours -- offer free high-speed Internet. Kamaole III beach (across the street) is an excellent place for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, body surfing, enjoying sunsets and whale watching.
