Price is based on 4-person occupancy. For each additional person (over age 10), add $10 per night. There is a six person maximum per stay.

- Cleaning fee is $150 and is waived for those staying at least six nights. Daily maid service can be
arranged upon request for an additional fee.
- 4 night minimum booking required.
- All rates subject to 4.166% State Excise Tax and 8.25% State Hotel Room Tax in U.S. Funds

50% of payment due upon reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Full refund if canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if canceled at least
30 days prior to arrival. All other refunds subject to owner’s ability to fill vacancy.
